Abnash Chander Bubber is the founding and the senior-most partner of the firm.He has vast experience in Audits & Assurance and Taxation (direct as well as indirect).

In his spare time, he supports children / individuals in underprivileged sector in their education needs, developing their skill-sets and improving their livelihood.
Mr. R C Jindal, the senior-mostpartner in the firm, has more than 41 years experience in the hardcore profession of Accountancy and Taxation. He has in his credit experience in the field of Income Tax, Audit, Accounting, Company Law Matters, Financial Services, VAT & Sales Tax, and Service Tax etc.
He has handled several assignments relating to Statutory Audits of Corporate (including Manufacturing, Food Processing, Real State, Trading sector), Public Sector Undertakings PSUs (including Insurance, Power, Engineering/Infrastructure, and Tourism sector) & Bank Audit’s (Central Statutory, Branch, Concurrent, and Stock)
His area of expertise is consultancy for direct taxes and handling tax assessments.
He is also Independent Director in SMC Group Companies since 2007.
Vimal Kumar Bagaria is one of the senior partnersinthe firm, been associated with BJC for ~16 yrs.He has vast experience in audits & assurance. He has been involved in multiple audits & assignments for Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Banks, Pvt.Limited companies.
Vivek Bubber joined the firm in Aug’16.He co-leads Audits, Tax & Special assignments division.
Prior to joining BJC, Vivek had a long & successful career in Industry as well as Professional CA firms. He was with American Express India – Amex (last designation – Director – Finance) for ~14 yrs, where he worked (& led teams) in diverse roles in Controllership (Treasury, Federal Reserve Regulatory Reporting, Management Reporting) and Corporate Planning (Planning & Forecasting, Tech. Finance).
Prior to that, Vivekalso had stints with S.B.Billimoria & Co. (part of Deloitte India) and V. SankarAiyar& Co., as part of their Audits & Assurance division, responsible for Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Limited Review, specific client assignments, across various sectors.
Vivek has rich experience in Audits & Assurance, Taxation, US GAAP / IFRS conversion, SOX Compliance, Outsourcing Industry – Best Practices.
He’s a Chartered Accountant (qualified 2001), SRCC graduate (1998 pass-out) and cleared his CISA exam in 2003.
Atul Jindal has been associated with BJC since Nov 17 . He has more then 20 yrs of exp. in fields of Internal Audit, Risk Assessment, Process Improvement, Statutory Audit & Compliances, SOX, Internal Financial Control, Operational/Financial Reviews and Fraud Management. Earlier he worked in audit firm JC Bhalla & Co and was part of Corporate Audit Teams of Vodafone and Bharti Airtel. His last employment was Head Internal Audit Department of SSTL (MTS India) He has been involved in multiple audits & assignments for Public and Private Sector Undertakings , Banks, Private Limited Companies and Partnership firms.
Ajay Kumar Yadavbecame a partner in the firm in Dec’16, he has been associated with BJC since ~6 yrs, initially during his article-ship and then as semi qualified assistant. He has rich experience in Audits&Assurance and Taxation (direct as well as indirect).
He has been involved in multiple audits & assignments for Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Banks, Private Limited Companies, Trusts, Partnership firms, HUF, Individuals etc.
Ajay qualified his Chartered Accountancy in May’16 and B.Com(H) from Delhi University in 2015.
